The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the company’s financial strategy, planning, and control. The CFO oversees budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and risk management, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and accounting standards. This role plays a critical part in investment decisions, project financing, and maintaining the company’s financial health and transparency.

The Head of Renewable Energy leads the development, design, and execution of renewable energy projects, with a strong focus on solar power solutions. This role oversees technical planning, project implementation, regulatory compliance, and performance optimisation. Working with engineering teams and strategic partners, the Head of Renewable Energy ensures projects are delivered efficiently, sustainably, and in line with national and international energy standards.

The Procurement Manager is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing suppliers, contractors, and vendors to support project delivery. This role ensures the timely procurement of quality materials and services at competitive prices while maintaining strong supplier relationships. The Procurement Manager also ensures compliance with procurement policies, cost controls, and ethical sourcing standards.
Zanetor Abui Apkalu
The Quantity Surveyor manages all cost and contractual aspects of construction and infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, valuations, variations, and final accounts, ensuring projects are delivered within approved budgets. The Quantity Surveyor works closely with project managers and engineers to provide accurate financial reporting and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
